Construction Manager
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive construction professional with a passion for quality and efficiency, ready to build a career that stands the test of time? We’re looking for a Construction Manager to lead our projects from blueprint to brilliance, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct daily site visits to monitor quality, vendor performance, and adherence to project timelines.
Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication of expectations, pricing, and scope.
Anticipate project phases and address challenges proactively to keep everything on track.
Perform quality control inspections on materials and workmanship throughout the project.
Oversee vendor scheduling, coordinate with city inspectors, and handle project-related problem-solving.
Track project progress, maintain documentation, and update management on status.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience in the construction field.
Strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and construction management software.
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Hands-on skills or handyman experience is a plus.
